• You must present valid identification matching the ticket holder's name at the venue
• Resale of tickets at above face value is prohibited
• Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Event Policies

All events are subject to the venue's terms and conditions. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to:

• Comply with venue rules and regulations
• Submit to security searches if required
• Understand that events may be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control
• Accept that no refunds will be provided for weather-related cancellations of outdoor events

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are only available if an event is officially cancelled by the organizer. In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method. Service fees are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tikkets.com shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the ticket(s) in question.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
